Hotel Reservations: 1-800-354-9793When making your hotel reservation be sure to mention you’re doing so under the Mobile Riverine Force Association. The Drawbridge Inn is handicap accessible.
Overflow Accommodations:[ TO BE ANNOUNCED ]
Automobile Parking:Ample parking at no charge / RV hook-ups are available. Ask for pricing.
Airport Transportation:The Drawbridge operates regularly scheduled shuttle service at no charge for hotel guests to and from the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport (it's in KY near the state border).
Check In / Check Out Times:Guest rooms check in time is after 3:00 pm. Check-out is no later than 12:00 Noon. Every effort will be made to accommodate those guests arriving earlier than 3:00 pm, but early check in may not always be available.
Registration:Registration will be in the London Hall Lobby. You’ll receive your name tag and other materials when you register. Registration will be handled by Gunner Chet Stanley and MRFA board members and volunteers. Please be sure to wear your name badge throughout the reunion. It helps old timers with CRS identify you. Registration Schedule:Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, August 31st - September 2nd --- 9:30 am to 4 pm Saturday, September 3rd ---- 9:00 am to 11:00 am
Daily Events:[ Tentative Schedule ] Thursday 9:30 am until ??? --- MRFA activities begin where ever people congregate. Try the large hospitality room. 9:30 am --- Beverages and snacks will be provided by the Association (daily) 9:30 am - 5 pm --- Products sales at London Hall 9:30 am --- Video footage and slides videos to be shown. The Association will furnish the TV-VCR which usually becomes a raffle prize. Everyone attending is more than welcome to bring your personal videos to show. Friday 7:30 am -9:30 am --- Breakfast Buffet in Chaucer's with overflow in Friars/Merchants. You pay for your own. Saturday 7:30 am - 9:30 am --- Breakfast Buffet in Chaucer's with overflow in Friar's/ Merchant's. You pay for your own. 9:00am - 10:30am --- Memorial Services in London Hall 10:00 am - 12:00 Noon --- London Hall closed so that Drawbridge Staff can set for Lunch Buffet... Josh's Bar and Chaucer's will be open. 12 Noon--1:30 --- Lunch Buffet in London Hall. Cost: $10.00 a person 7:00 pm - 12:00 am --- Dance in London Hall (DJ) Dance the night away. The Drawbridge will have a "Cash Bar" available for Snacks and beverages. Sunday Check-out before 12:00 Noon
